Manushi Chhillar 

 

Manushi is the beauty queen of India and now the world too. She was born on 14th May ,1997 when no one knew that she will be the miss world 2017. She was previously crowned Femina Miss India 2017, and is the sixth Indian woman to win the title of Miss World.

Personal Life.

Manushi was born in Rohtak, Haryana. Her father is  Dr. Mitra Basu Chhillar, who is a scientist at Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), while her mother, Dr. Neelam Chhillar, is an associate professor and department head of neurochemistry at the Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences.

Education

Chhillar was all India CBSE topper in English in class 12!! She is truly a wise and beautiful girl. She studied in st.Thomas school in New Delhi. Now she is pursuing a medical degree at the Bhagat Phool Singh Medical College in Sonipat. She also is a trained kuchipudi dancer under experts. Also along with all this she has attended the National School of Drama too.

Before miss world 2017

On 25 June 2017, Chhillar took part in the Femina Miss India 2017 competition, representing the state of Haryana. During the competition, Chhillar was crowned Miss Photogenic, and went on to win the competition as well, earning the right to represent India at the Miss World 2017 competition.

Finally miss world!

As Miss World 2017, Chhillar returned to India on 26 November, where she was greeted by a large crowd. She later was one of the celebrity speakers at the 2017 Global Entrepreneurship Summit held in Hyderabad. Chhillar was announced as brand ambassador for Anaemia Free Haryana, and her Beauty with a Purpose campaign Project Shakti was given government support of ₹18 crore (approximately $2.8 million). She has a wonderful project on women hygiene.
