Koun hai ye??

1)Arun Jaitley  is the current Finance Minister and Minister of Corporate Affairs in the Modi/ BJP Government.

2) He is currently a politician and a lawyer. 

3)He is also a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Jaitley previously held the cabinet portfolios of Commerce and Industry and Law and Justice in the Vajpayee government (1998–2004) and serving as the Minister of Defence in the Narendra Modi government as additional charge. 

4)He is a Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court of India now.

Early years of his life.

1)Arun Jaitley studied at St. Xavier's School, New Delhi from 1957–69.

2)He graduated with a honours degree in commerce, BCom from Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi in 1973.

3)He passed his LLB degree from the University of Delhi, in 1977.

4)Jaitley has been practicing law before the Supreme Court of India and several High Courts in the country since 1977.

5)In January 1990, Delhi High Court designated him as a Senior Advocate.

6)He was appointed Additional Solicitor General by the V. P. Singh government in 1989 and did the paperwork for the investigations into the Bofors scandal.

7) Jaitley has also appeared on behalf of giant multinational corporations such as PepsiCo against and Coca-Cola and in various other cases in India.

Political posts and career

1)Jaitley had intruded the Bharatiya Janata Party in 1991. He became the spokesperson of the BJP during the period preceding the 1999 general election.

2) In 1999, After the Vajpayee Government of the BJP led National Democratic Alliance came to power, he was appointed Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting (Independent Charge) on 13 October 1999. 

3)He was elevated to a Cabinet Minister in November 2000 and was made simultaneously the Minister of Law, Justice and Company Affairs and Shipping. He was the first Minister of Shipping following the bifurcation of the Ministry of Surface Transport.  

4) Finally now he is the minister of finance from 26 May, 2014.

Changes kya keye bhai isne??

1)After being the finance minister he announced the Income declaration scheme, 2016 in September 2016^.
2)During his tenure as the Finance Minister of India, the government demonetised the ₹500 and ₹1000 banknotes of the Mahatma Gandhi Series, with the stated intention of curbing corruption, black money, fake currency and terrorism from 9 November 2016.
3) Also on June 20, 2017, he reaffirmed that the GST rollout is well and truly on track

Summary.

Jaitley is a very influential person and is doing well on his post but the changes like 'demonetisation' and GST was Mr. Modi's work. Also his career is very good but lastly being on so high post he has to touch the feet of "Mr Modi". He is truly a talented guy and has got to his highest level of finance minister.
